I'm leaving fall of 2012 for Jr. Iditarod training in Alaska and can not take my dogs with me as I'll be training out of a different kennel ~ I have 6 dogs up for lease. I can lease them as a team or separate. I'm asking $65/dog. They are two years old. They are my own lines (Steele) and have great racing history of the races I've been in so far. I have 4 males and 2 females. Timber and Eagle - Lead, brothers Kodiak - team or wheel on right side Buck - Team or wheel on left side Lucy - team or wheel ...mainly on the left side Princess - Anywhere Kodiak, Buck, Lucy and Princess are brothers and sisters - not to be bred to each other or any other dogs - they are not fixed. If taking them separate or a couple - tell me what you need in your kennel and I'll see which dog(s) best suits your need(s). Each come with chains, dishes and water buckets (females don't come with water bucket) and houses if wanted. They come with their harness, a tug line and neck line - ***This is a 2 year lease*** I'll need the harness back and of course.. the dog. I'm mainly selling to teams who want improvements, recreational teams who want to "step up" or jr mushers or just starting mushers who needs dogs to use as they get their own. **All dogs have 7-way spectra, kennel cough and rabies for 2012 - Buck will need another rabies in November '12 then good for 3 years. Timber and Eagle can be bred. I have Timber, Eagle and Buck on a pending lease so far.
