Always love coming to the Copper Dog! Love the three day, three stage format and love running ten dogs! Only I didn't get to run all ten... ran 9 Friday night, placing 10th, 9 dogs Sat., we were the 2nd team in and placed sixth for the day, moving up to 8th over all. Sunday went with 8 dogs, we were the 3rd team in and finished 6th for the day and moved up to 6th place overall! Very tough field of competitors, perhaps one of the toughest fields yet at Copper Dog? Loved how my one lead dog barked whenever I would cough (getting over a horrible flu!), making the whole team speed up! Great ending to a great season, love racing and love my dogs, they finished strong and happy:)
