Bred for sprint Black Beauty was purchased along with Twiggy in a group of dogs from Gopher Lord. Gopher trained yearlings for George Attla and Greg Taylor. He sold around 10 of them to my dad, who resold these two girls to my uncle Lance. They became foundation dogs in his kennel. It's unknown if they were sisters, though they were the same age, body type, color, and both very shy.
